The Club Nautic Centre in Empuriabrava is one of the towns most popular places.

The outdoor swimming pool which goes undercover in the winter time is one of the hot spots for keeping fit. Not only is their a swimming pool but also a full gym that can be used by anyone who has a membership. The Club Nautic centre Empuriabrava is also one of the high points in Empuriabrava, the tall white tower can be seen for miles around, even from Roses, giving the town a good talking point from miles around.

Facilities include- Sauna, Squash Court, Gym, Table Tennis, Badminton and so much more.

Empuriabrava Mooring Problems.

Empuriabrava Moorings are still basically in limbo, stuck between the owners and the Government trying to take their property. In September 2600 will be called upon to finalize what part of the Canals and Moorings will be taken and owned by the Government. The same problem is also happening in Santa Margarida, the Mayoress of Roses will be travelling to Madrid to fight on behalf of the town to try and keep the moorings and canals seperate from the Spanish Coastal Law. I guess time will tell, from the meeting in Madrid in August and the meeting for the mooring owners in Empuriabrava in September.
