On the front line of Empuriabrava, the most northern beach was turned into what can be only described as a motorhome park. With around 20 - 30 motorhomes parked in front of the properties, it has now been sloved with a height restriction bar and a new roundabout. For anyone living on that side of the canal and especially on the sea front, it must have been a nightmare.
Having seen the rubbish and dirt they left behind myself, and also wondering where they were emptying their toilets, it is a good thing what the council has done.
The council has mentioned building a proper area for the campervans and caravans etc. The area for the building is not known, so this can only be described as an idea at the moment.
Motorhomes - Not any more.
